Thank you for shopping at Antoniosgeorgakis.com. We take great pride in our digital artwork and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and returns policy below.

1. No Refunds or Returns for Digital Art

  • Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once printed. You can cancel your order if it has not been processed to be printed and we will refund you in full. If the order has been already processed then your order is non-refundable and cannot be returned. It usually takes us 24hrs to process an order.
  • We encourage you to carefully review the artwork preview and description on the product page before making a purchase. If you have any questions about the artwork or the file format, please contact us at hello@antoniosgeorgakis.com before completing your order.

2. Exceptions and Issues

  • While we do not offer refunds or returns, we understand that technical issues can occasionally occur. If you encounter any problems with your limited edition print or artwork, please contact us immediately at hello@antoniosgeorgakis.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue, such as providing a replacement print.

3. Wrong Purchase 

  • If you accidentally purchased the wrong item, please get in touch with us within 24hrs from your purchase. We will review your situation and, if necessary, provide a refund or guide you to select a more appropriate artwork.

4. Support

5. Customer Satisfaction

  • While we do not offer refunds or returns if 24hrs have passed from the time that you purchased the artwork, your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out, and we will work with you to address any issues in a timely and professional manner.
